Free Click and Collect Service:
At ARC Occasions, we are delighted to offer a complimentary Click and Collect service for our customers. This service allows you to shop online and conveniently pick up your order from your nearest participating store. Here's how it works:
Place Your Order: Browse our extensive range of balloons and party supplies online and add your desired items to your cart.
Select Click and Collect: During checkout, choose the Click and Collect option and select your preferred store location for pickup. You can also choose the date for collection that suits your schedule.
Collection Hours: Our Click and Collect service is available between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday, or during your chosen store's opening hours. Please contact the store directly to confirm their specific opening hours.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details on when and where to collect your items.
Collect Your Order: Visit the selected store at your convenience to pick up your order. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
Local Hand Delivery Service:
For those who prefer the convenience of having their order delivered, we offer a local hand delivery service to your nearest participating store. This service is designed to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Here's what you need to know:
Delivery Area: Our local hand delivery service is available within a specified radius of our participating stores. The website will automatically detect if your delivery adress is included.
Delivery Charges: A nominal fee applies for local hand delivery, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on the day you selected between 10am and 4pm, earlier and later times may be accommodated. Please ensure you pre arrange timings with your chosen store.
Order Tracking: As our balloons are hand delivered we don't offer this service.
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure venue's are open and someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If no one is available, or the venue isnlocked at the agreed time, our delivery team will return the balloons back to the store for safe keeping and quality maintenance. We will not attempt to redeliver

Please note:
- Order with confidence that your order will be inflated and finished as it remains the responsibility of the store till it arrives in your hands.
- Large balloon designs, such as arches, garlands may need to be made on site so make sure the venue is open and available for access so we can carry out the work you've ordered.
- Click and Collect' is the most popular option for balloons. Make sure you have a large enough vehicle for your order, as Balloons can be easily underestimated in size.
- Selecting your nearest and most suitable store is important and once chosen, it can not be changed after the purchase is finalised online.
